Works have commenced on an exciting new townhouse development at CIRQ Point Cook, with more high-quality and affordable housing coming to Melbourne’s booming outer-west.

Excell Gray Bruni has been appointed as the civil contractor for the project – which will be managed by Development Victoria – following a competitive tender process.

CIRQ features two, three and four bedroom townhouses, which are situated close to the town centre, schools, shops and wetlands in Point Cook.

The development, which is now 60 per cent sold, will provide new homes just minutes away from Point Cook’s existing and growing commercial and retail hubs.

Excell Gray Bruni brings development experience to the project, previously in Caroline Springs and on the Albury Ring Road project, and currently at Riverwalk in Werribee and Urban Square at Junction Place in Wodonga.

The latest collection was released on 7 October and featured nine townhouses, many of which overlook the wetlands and are near CIRQ’s Central Park.

The building works contract is expected to be awarded in November 2017, with building set to start in early 2018 once civil works are complete.
