Palais Theatre wins property award

Development Victoria's Palais Theatre project continues to win accolades. The project recently won the Heritage Property Award at the 2017 Australian Property Institute’s Excellence in Property Awards. The awards recognise innovation and outstanding achievement in the property industry.

Development Victoria (DV) would like to acknowledge its project partners and stakeholders: Built PTY Ltd (managing contractor); Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and the City of Port Philip Council (project partners) and Palais Theatre Management and LiveNation (Palais Theatre tenants).
