As part of the Station 73 Masterplan, developer Central Place has commenced construction of 70 luxury townhouses at Wodonga’s Junction Place.

With the civil works by local contractors AP Delaney, GPE Electrical, Dunlap's and Development Outcomes now complete, this represents the first stage of main construction works for the precinct.

The architecturally designed townhouses have been crafted to suit modern lifestyles, with a focus on natural light, contemporary features and the option of a personal lift for accessibility.

The townhouses are located adjacent to the historic Goods Shed and Station Building, offering residents proximity to the thriving dining hub in one of regional Victoria's premier destinations.

Located in the heart of Wodonga, Junction Place is regional Australia’s largest urban renewal initiative, breathing new life into the former historic railway station and rail yards and doubling the size of the CBD.

Once completed, the precinct will include a range of public spaces and a mix of retail, entertainment, commercial and residential developments.

Junction Place is being delivered by Development Victoria, in partnership with local developer Central Place and in collaboration with City of Wodonga.

In line with Stage 3 restrictions for regional Victoria, strict health and safety protocols are in place on site.

Construction of the first three display townhouses are due to be completed by the mid-2021.
