Development Victoria has commenced engagement with the community about the next phase of planning for its Knoxfield residential development.
Four online community workshops are currently being held seeking views on the draft masterplan, with an online survey open to the community until 17 July.
This is a great opportunity for the community to have their say and we encourage everyone to get involved to help shape this future development. Community feedback will help refine key elements of the project, including public open spaces, pedestrian and cycle paths, parking, the proposed improved wetland area and landscaping.
The draft masterplan will help shape a vibrant new neighbourhood with a diverse range of housing, an improved wetland and generous public open space.
“We want to create an exciting new neighbourhood in Knoxfield to meet the needs of this growing suburb,” Manny Bikakis, Acting Group Head, Property at Development Victoria said.
“The project design will reflect Knox’s character and be integrated into the surrounding community, with a diverse range of affordable homes catering to different budgets and lifestyles.”
