Knoxfield development to deliver more homes

Further planning is underway at the Knoxfield development site as we press ahead to deliver much needed housing and benefits for the local community.

Development Victoria has now received permits for the sub-division and wetland development and is working closely with Knox City Council through the planning and design process.

We are also working with a team of experts to design the future wetlands which will create a haven for local wildlife.

Development Victoria is committed to delivering quality homes in Knoxfield, contributing to the Victorian Government’s target of delivering more homes to more Victorians over the next decade.

We’re working to supply a range of high-quality, sustainable and affordable homes that suit the needs of the community.

Over the next 12 months, there will be more activity on site, as we move towards construction commencing in mid 2025. Housing sales are scheduled to begin towards the end of 2025.
