Mr James MacKenzie, Chairperson of Development Victoria, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonya Miller to the Board.
“We are delighted to welcome Sonya to Development Victoria. Her perspective and contributions will be highly valuable, particularly as we all work to support Victoria’s economic recovery,” Mr MacKenzie said. “Her experience and relationships, particularly across the Victorian property sector, will be a great asset to our Board."
Sonya brings a wealth of expertise to Development Victoria’s Board, with an extensive background in the property industry and founding Director of Dynamic Property Group and Armitage Jones, a specialist project management and property advisory consultancy.
Prior to establishing Armitage Jones, Sonya worked for a range of private and public property and construction companies in senior management roles. During this time, she led significant development projects where she managed a Victorian Portfolio of over $500 million across residential, industrial and commercial projects.
“I am really thrilled to be joining the Board at such a pivotal time for Development Victoria and the property industry generally, Ms Miller said. “I believe Development Victoria will continue to provide a vital role, particularly in the recovery of the property industry beyond the pandemic.”
