Olio, Officer
Two important housing projects in Melbourne’s south east, delivered by Development Victoria, have reached significant development milestones.
Civil works have begun at Olio in Officer to prepare for the construction of 135 homes as part of Stage 2 of the project, adding to the 93 homes that are already being delivered as part of Stage 1.
Built by Sienna Homes, 35 homes are already complete as part of Stage 1 with the final homes for this stage set to be completed in late 2024.
In the growing area of Springvale South the Coomoora development is now sold. It offered 16 land only lots and 47 townhouses, as well as high quality open space to enjoy.
Construction of the 47 townhouses is well progressed, with Creation Projects appointed to deliver these new homes on behalf of Development Victoria.
The 16 land lots have been sold to individual purchasers who will engage their own builders to construct their homes.
Group Head Housing, Penny Forrest said the location of both developments is a massive drawcard for purchasers.
Olio and Coomoora have opened up opportunities for people to access a mix of housing options in the growing south east close to jobs, schools and transport.
