The new Armstrong Creek Sports Centre is one step closer be becoming a reality with the search now on for a head contractor to deliver the facility.

Updated Concept Designs for the new sports centre, which features four indoor multi-sport courts and a plaza have been released, and an Expression of Interest (EOI) process has commenced for a head contractor to build the facility.

“This new sports centre in Armstrong Creek will provide sporting infrastructure to benefit the local community now and for future generations.” said Development Victoria’s Group Head Civic Infrastructure, Hannah Clement.

Delivery of this project will create more local jobs, and boost the local economy, with prospective head contractors asked to outline their plans for engaging with local businesses, suppliers and workers as part of the EOI process.

We’re proud to be supporting local businesses and creating employment opportunities for the region with the delivery of this fantastic new facility.
