The Aurora Spring Community Update is here

Home to over 7,000 people, Aurora is a thriving community close to schools, shops, parks and open spaces.

Established in 2005, we are continuing to support this growing community through the delivery of homes and infrastructure, and are excited to share our latest updates in our latest Community Update.

Highlights for this edition include:

Edgars Road

Our contractor is progressing well with the final section of Edgars Road works, and we expect these works to be completed by late 2022.

This road will deliver benefits to the community including better access to local facilities and connection to the Hume Freeway Interchange.

Habitas Residential

We’ve reached an exciting milestone at our Habitas Aurora project with the final release now on sale!

This release offers potential buyers a mix of two and three-bedroom townhouses – some with direct views of Habitas Linear Park. Civil construction works will be underway shortly, allowing for the creation of this exciting new community.

New Open Space

We know how much the Aurora community loves open space, and we are excited to announce the extension of the landscaped recreational reserve, located on the Public Transport Corridor.

This extended open space will give the community another convenient gathering place adjacent to the Aurora Town Centre.
