Construction at Habitas

We’ve started construction of 89 new townhomes at Habitas in Wollert, after the completion of civil works.

We’ve partnered with SOHO Living and Metricon TownLiving to deliver 89 new sustainable townhomes at Habitas in Wollert, with construction now underway.

The first homes will be completed in approximately mid-2025, with the final homes to be completed late 2025/ early 2026.

Great deals on remaining homes at Habitas

Homes are selling fast at Habitas, with only a handful remaining. We are now offering sales of these homes with just a 5% upfront deposit, with no progress payments until settlement.

We are also running our popular Friends and Family Referral Program where you and your family member/friend could walk away with a $2,500 VISA gift card from us.
