The latest news on Officer

We have been progressing with a number of exciting projects within Officer that aim to provide housing options to support growth in Melbourne’s south-east and create diverse communities close to public transport, schools, jobs, shops and services.

Highlights for this edition include:

Olio

The new Olio community is about to get busy, with award-winning builder, Sienna Homes, commencing construction of homes in Stage 1. Sales for homes within Stage 2 of Olio are also expected to launch in late 2022.

Officer Town Centre

The six-hectare site earmarked for the new Town Centre is located near the Officer Train Station and close to the Princes Highway, and will be highly accessible for the local community. We have engaged Stonebridge Property Group to manage the sale of two sites within the Town Centre.

Officer Streetscape Works

Works to complete the footpaths along Siding Avenue, Piggott Street and Coxon Street are progressing and we are working closely with our contractors and Cardinia Shire Council to complete these as soon as possible.
