We are excited to share the recent milestones we have achieved at this project, and our plans to deliver more infrastructure, open space and facilities, all featured in our Autumn Newsletter.

Town Centre

We’re pleased to announce that we have appointed Oreana Group as the developer for the Riverwalk Town Centre.

This is a major milestone for the project, with the Town Centre set to become an exciting new retail hub for this growing community.

The Town Centre has been an important part of the vision for Riverwalk since the very beginning of this project, and will be a welcome addition to this fantastic development.

Alfred Road

We have recently completed a new four-way signalised intersection of the corner of Alfred Road, Princes Highway, and Coldstream Avenue, Werribee.

Farm Road Intersection and Road Upgrade Works

Works are progressing to install a signalised intersection at the junction of Princes Highway and Farm Road as well as upgrading Farm Road.

There is also a progress update for Stage 23B, Stage 29 and Stages 30-33, as well as a summary of works delivered so far and a timeline to date.
