Update on Knoxfield planning permit applications

The Knoxfield site represents an opportunity to bring outstanding benefits to the community. 

This includes much-needed housing in an identified part of the proposed Knox Activity Centre, and in this fast-growing part of Melbourne.

Knox City Council commenced formal advertising in May of Development Victoria’s planning permit applications for the site of our proposed Knoxfield development. 

These permits relate to our site at 621 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield where we are proposing to build a thriving new neighbourhood, open space and wetland for future residents and the local community to enjoy for years to come.

We are committed to bringing this site at Knoxfield back to life for everyone to enjoy. You can read our letter of support submitted to Knox City Council during the advertising period here.

We want to thank those community members and stakeholder groups who have submitted a response to these permit applications and recognise the strong interest in the plans for housing, open space and the wetland.
