Overview

The Victorian Government is committed to unlocking surplus government land for economic development, jobs, skills and community benefits. We're currently assessing future options for land formerly occupied by the Coburg North TAFE.

This assessment will be informed by feedback form the local community and business, Merri-bek Council and industry consultation.

Site Background

The land is situated adjacent to the rear of the Lincoln Mills Homemaker Centre and Bunnings Coburg, while the eastern parcel is located approximately 250 meters from Batman Train Station.

The combined sites total 1.83 hectares and are currently occupied by buildings that are no longer in use.The land is zoned as Industrial 1 Zone (INIZ) and located within the Coburg North Core Industry and Employment Area.
