The first collection of new homes will be released this Saturday (13 May) at the CIRQ Display Suite in Point Cook.

This is the first medium density housing project for Development Victoria, which launched on 1 April 2017 as the Government’s new agency responsible for urban renewal and development and civic projects.

The two and three bedroom homes in the first release range in price from approx. $429,000 to $538,000, and will be sold from 9am on a first come, first served basis. Interested buyers are encouraged to arrive early on the day to secure their spot in the line.

Development Victoria’s General Manager Development and Construction, Peter Southwell said Development Victoria has been involved in developing Point Cook since 1998.

“We have now delivered approximately 2000 homes in the Point Cook area,” Peter said.

Designed by award-winning architects, Rothelowman, CIRQ will eventually deliver around 100 new homes for Point Cook, all of them emphasising high-quality design, materials and landscaping, and making the most of the beautiful surrounding wetlands.

Off-street parking will be provided for each new property, and there will be easy access to pedestrian connections between the wetlands walking path and the adjacent town centre.

Development works commence over the coming months.
