About the program
We hire interns interested in finance, IT and delivery across our housing, civics and precinct projects.
Interns work one 12-month placement and gain experience working on real urban renewal projects, in both metropolitan and regional areas.
The 2026 program will run from January to December 2026, and interns will be engaged for 22.8 hours per week (3 days) over one year, with the flexibility to balance their academic priorities.
We provide our interns with:
- a structured induction program
- an experienced mentor for the duration of their internship
- a rotational program
- the opportunity to participate in the selection of their final rotation

Our Intern Program is for students who:
- Are completing a bachelor or post-graduate degree in property development, planning, construction, project management, engineering, architecture (or an equivalent field)
- Are highly motivated
- Have a strong track record of academic performance
- Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
