Responding to coronavirus (COVID-19) – Victoria’s safety is our priority

The health and safety of our people and the Victorian community remains our top priority, as we continue to deliver projects across Victoria.

Under Stage 4 restrictions for the construction industry, operations on our Melbourne worksites have been scaled down. With a reduced workforce and strict health and safety protocols in place on site, our projects will continue while we help to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

On all of our construction sites across metropolitan Melbourne, we have implemented strict COVIDSafe Plans and High Risk COVIDSafe Plans, worker permits, increased hygiene practices and physical distancing measures. 

Our regional sites remain open and operational in line with Stage 3 restrictions. 

We are working remotely on projects in the development and planning phases, while our public engagement activities are being held online so the community can keep helping us shape project outcomes.  

Our residential development sales offices are temporarily closed, with our sales consultants available via online video and over the phone.

Our works program will continue to be assessed in line with current advice from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). We will keep our community and stakeholders informed of any changes.
