The Officer Community Update is here

Development Victoria is transforming land in Officer into a welcoming residential community.

We are continuing to support this growing community through the delivery of homes and infrastructure, and are excited to share our latest updates in our latest Community Update.

Highlights for this edition include:

Olio Park open for play

The new Olio Park, located on Flaxlilly Crescent in the heart of Olio, is now open and ready for Olio residents to enjoy. The park is set to become a focal point for the community featuring a playground with plenty of choices for the kids, plus a sheltered barbecue area and kickabout space.

First residents welcomed to Olio

We’re excited to welcome our first residents to Olio this month, with the first homes of Stage 1 now complete. Olio Officer will include a range of two, three and four-bedroom townhouses, built by Sienna Homes, close to the future town centre and community spaces.

Olio Stage 2 now selling

Early this year we reopened our Olio Display Suite and commenced sales of Stage 2, which comprises of over 100 homes – all within walking distance to Gum Scrub Creek, Officer Train Station, the new One Centre

Square Officer and the newly opened Olio Park. There has been strong interest in the first release of homes in this stage, with the second release selling now.
