Established in 2005, we are delighted to see people enjoying all that our thriving Aurora community offers.

As Aurora has grown, we have continued to support the community with parks and green open spaces, including numerous sporting courts, ovals, walking and cycling paths, playgrounds and exercise stations.

We are excited to share with you the latest updates on this growing neighbourhood, in our Spring Newsletter, in which you'll find:

Edgars Road

We are now ready to deliver the final section of Edgars Road for Aurora, with civil construction works expected to commence in early November.

Edgars Road is an important north-south link at Aurora which will provide local and surrounding communities with easy access to retail, commercial, community facilities, parks and open space, and local schools.

Habitas residential

We’re helping more Victorians into new homes with Habitas, the latest residential stage at Aurora. We know housing affordability is a major consideration for buyers, and the 89 homes in this new development all priced within a range which is affordable for moderate income families.

The newsletter also looks at our works at Edgars Creek Reserve and an update on the traffic signals on the corner of Eaststone Avenue and Edgars Road, Wollert.
